Avoid having a link page with links pointing to nonsense, spammy and unrelated websites. It is much better to have no link page at all. You need to convey a professional image to other website owners in your related niche, which you will invite to your website later.

Article submission, press release submission, social bookmarking, RSS submission, forum posting. These are all general technique that is employed for link building.

Thanks for your sharing, this link-building work is boring job and takes times, but it will great when your site get #1st position.

But dont forget after you do a link-building, that link have to get indexed by search engine, so it will be counted as backlink
