now a days mostly blogs give nofollow back link.
Please tell me whether nofollow blog links work or not?

You can get some link juice from no follow backlinks but, there is no traffic benefit.

Dofollow which are really just follow links are good but you want a combination of both for natural building of links in for the search engines.
