Representing various business in sites

I have 3 companies and each is represented through sites. The 3 firms are interconnected to one another. However, I am encountering an issue when I prepare to make a site for the entire companies. With solely a homepage giving links to 3 fields of the aforementioned categories, it searches for one more field. The policy of Google is not whether if the plan is pursued, it would indicate that I am in opposition to Google. The availability of field in integration with other areas, numerous websites have been convicted as well as not indexed. What should be done in this matter?
