What type of loan range can i look forward to with a credit score of 680?
Qualifying ratios are used to determine if the borrower can reasonably be expected to meet the expenses involved in having a mortgage in addition to other expenses, while providing for his/her family. In order to make this determination, the mortgage lender must calculate the mortgage payment expense to effective income ratio and the total fixed payment to effective income ratio. The relationship of the mortgage payment to income is considered acceptable if the total mortgage payment does not exceed 31% of the gross effective income. Family size is not the primary factor in determining the price of the house that an individual can qualify for. The price of the house that a person can qualify for is primarily determined by your income vs expenses as well as your credit score.
