Hello friends, Google required 100% original content. Original content brings good ranking. Sometimes Google penalized copy content from other website.

100%. Your article should be 100% new, unique and original. Because by analysis of your content Google will crawl and rank your website.

Every one of here would like to say 100 percentage is best so, why not you try to with 100%. If in the future if any algorithm released you will feel secure so, my opinion is for you is the best not better because the content is an evergreen policy of Google write in your own words or hire an experienced content writer but, do not compromise with content. Few elements of a quality content-
Content must be relevant to the visitor. Focus on user experience. Easy to read content. Content with very high search engine traffic It must be unique. No plagiarism.

Content, is ultimately what every user is searching for – in some form or another. It may be video, articles, wikis, blogs, or other social media, but it is all content, and the more of it you have, the bigger your slice of the Google pie will be. If you have more content than your competitors for a given search keyword, which site do you think Google is going to send its traffic to if its desire is to give the user the best results and experience possible.

Unique content is most important for any website. It should be in 90 to 100 percentage unique.
