On page SEO includes Page titles , headings, Domain names & images, but all these elements must be Search Engine friendly also the size of the site should not be very large or too small.site should have relavant & genuine content .

2. Off Page SEO
Social Networking Sites,Gues Blogging,Blog Submission,Article Submission,Directory Submission,Link Building,Social Bookmarking etc are the Off Page SEO.
