Pay attention to Monstroid 2. I've read about the last comparison of Avada and Monstroid. I prefer Monstroid 2 because of its benefits - https://www.templatemonster.com/blog...s-monstroid-2/

No, it's not the best WP theme. I can suggest elagant theme.
But i prefer to go with custom made theme because in wp themes, there will be so many features which many of the websites may not use. We will have to maintain all these codes if we use such themes
