It depends on which forum, or blog you comment. To know which forum or blog is Do-follow or No-follow, you need to set up an "SEOquake" extension for Google Chrome. This extension helps you highlight no-follow link by crossing out the link. Let's talk about the benefit of no-follow links. No-follow links help you have various Anchor Text, Referring Domain and so on.
