If your FB page has more like, use FB page instead of group. By the way group also can improve your traffic on blog but you need to know that group is suitable with your post,

Facebook page better than facebook group. Every new post on facebook page reaches to page's members as well as another member, but a group post limited to group members only.

It depends on the audience you are targeting. Facebook is a good option if you are targeting a specific online community members, while FB page is perfect for sharing contents that are intended to be shared to a bigger audience.
