i think there is no way to do it on facebook.

In Facebook text hyperlinks cannot be created. In order to add the link, attach your link along with the post.

Or you can also use short links ,by using link shortening websites. But you can’t make text a hyperlink.

There is no way to generate hyperlink in Facebook. Coding of Facebook does not allow the user to do this. So Don't waste your time on it.

Facebook don't allow anchor text on the comment column only you put the necked links on the comment along with your content.

Facebook don't allow anchor link, you can use hash tag.
