Wordpress.com , Blogger.com, Tumblr, Weebly are some of the good sites to start with. But whatever you do make sure to add a good number of posts and dripfeed it. Either original or meaningfully spunned content doen't matter. And of all you need good PA for those sites. So be prepared to build backlinks for them too.
