Backlinks play an important role in SEO. Having quality backlinks from high PR website will be the main ranking factor to your website. It means presenting a content and building an anchor text relevant to the topic of the content does good is back linking.

Each website has a certain amount of trust and authority with search engines and when those websites link to other websites, they pass some of that trust and authority.

It a search engine "see" many links all arond internet world pointing to your site...it consider that your site has a good authority and good contents (if a site has no interesting contents...why people put in their site a link to it?)

Getting backlink from comment section is old trick but it still works I’m not saying to get backlink from post whatever you see, find the website where comment section is enabled with do follow..

Are backlinks say that are not relevant to your website bad? i find it hard to find any that are relevant to my niche
