crawl : Google crawl your web site by an h1 tag ,title and description.
index : once the crawl is done google update the details on database . example : my website is crawl by an web design Cardiff by the keyword . once you enter the keyword on google like an web designing Cardiff , web designing London it show my site MOBO . why because it crawl my site by the keyword and saved it on google data base
