While it is good to create multiple pieces of content in a day, for SEO, it is better to concentrate on the quality of blogs being written rather than the quantity. Even if you create one good piece of content once a week, it adds value. Plus, more than the frequency of the blog posts, your aim should be to define a behaviour for each post or try and create a focus for each type of blog post.
