Both are the nice way to promote your business and services. But in pinterest you can use only photos.
In Google+, you can post videos, photos, content, links etc.

G+ and Pinterest both are great for promoting your business offer ways to share your content with your target audience. Pinterest is a great place to promote your business using visual content where G+ is excellent to build your network, share content and boost your business.

Google+ , Pinterest are both social media marketing sites it helpful to generate huge traffic but my opinion the best social networking site to share and promote your business is Google+ because in G+ we share images,photos, video etc...and in Pinterest we share the only pic. that's why g+ is the best site to promote your business.
