Go to your google analytics standard reports
Click in the admin button in the top right. Click on goals From one of the goal set click+goal to set up a new goal.

You can setup goals for thankyou page or funnels I set them all the time on my landing pages and contact forms I also use gostats and set goals there too to double check the traffic
