They both are a high-quality comprehensive SEO plugins that offers you everything which you may need to optimize your site.
SEO by Yoast. All In One SEO Pack. But in my opinion, Yoast SEO plugin is the most widely used SEO plugin for WordPress. It’s an unpaid plugin which offers you almost all the features to optimize your website including XML sitemap for your WordPress site.
