Keyword Proximity: Keyword proximity refers to how close two or more keywords are to each other. Like if you are using the keyword in phrases, so it should be close to each other on a web page content.
Keyword Density: Keyword density refers to the %age of keywords that can be found in the indexable text on a web page. Like it can appear in: - Keyword in the title - Keyword in the description - Keyword in the H1 tag
