Black Hat SEO - It is the technique which doesn't follow the search engine rules and guideline. Black hats will use any means at their disposal to gain rankings and because of that, they tend to get caught after a while.
White Hat SEO - It is the technique which follows all the guideline of the search engines. This method takes the time to get a good position but the site position will be static.
