You can see your Quality Score (reported on a 1-10 scale) and its components (expected clickthrough rate, ad relevance, and landing page experience) in the "Keyword Analysis" field of your account. To find this, click the Keywords tab and then click the white speech bubble Ad disapproval bubble next to any keyword's status.

Hi,
There are different tools and provide different score based on their software and analysis. Some websites and tools provide score in 100 and if you can get 80+ then i think good for your website.
