padiidcgiliI Registered User Join Date: Jan 2016 Posts: 5	You need to have completed the PADI's Open Water Diver course (or equivalent by other agency) in order to enroll in the Advanced Open Water course. The open water referral just means you completed your pool and classroom with one instructor and the open water check-out dives with another instructor.
