Eat food that is rich in vitamin C. Vitamin C is required for synthesis of collagen which in turn supports hair follicles and keeps blood vessels in the scalp healthy. Food rich in vitamin C are berries, citrus fruits, tomatoes, peas and papayas. This helped me a lot. But nothing of this helped my sister. She was born bald. She tried a lot but finally ended up doing hair transplant from CHTC.
