Nice design! Here are a few suggestions to help you make it even better !

Responsive Design
Your current website design is not responsive, meaning it is not friendly for mobile devices. Right off the bat, I can tell you this is probably costing you half of your traffic and is annihilating you in the search engines. You might want to look into this.

SSL
Securing your website with SSL (HTTPS) will make your clients feel much more comfortable browsing. Many medical websites require a certain level of compliance when it comes to security. It's cheap, and easy to get working! Some hosting plans even include it. I have personally seen SSL boost search positions in google.

Titles
Your site does not contain any <h1> <h2> or <h3> titles. These are important because the search engines use these to recognize relevant content.
