I want to know that how I can increase PR and Dr of my website?????

If you want to improve your PR and DR so you need to work on your site content and quality basis backlinks.

Google has not updated Pagerank algorithm since around last 2 years, if you are talking about the visibility of your website in SERP, then there are many ways to do that. And i think you are asking about "domain authority" and not "domain rank", as there is nothing like domain rank, domain authority is the term given by moz.And by improving the number of quality backlinks from authority websites you can increase domain authority.
