jyoti_singh Registered User Join Date: May 2015 Posts: 20	A real estate developer takes raw land, obtains the necessary permits, creates building lots, and place the water and electric lines,sewers, the streets and curbs.The developer will then sell these improved lots to builders so they can build speculative building or custom homes upon them.
