Is instant approval directory sites are helpful to get organic links?
I want to know the if i get back link from instant approval directory sites, then it can be helpful for ranking or not. Is it comes under white hat SEO?

It is good to get instant approval but it is bad for site's link quality.

Yes, directory sites are always helpful to get organic links. And we can recommend from it.
