yes your css file is not loading.
there are also problems with your all.js file. Check the console of google chrome to debug. |

This website is very informative & nice design. I recommend to remove that like button on page loading.

You need padding in your middle container. All the content are right on the left edge. Pad them.

Sorry. Design looks a bit old fashioned. I think the color scheme looks a little dull.
