Sitemap is a very important part of website without this website is not complete 100%.

submitting sitemap through Google Webmaster can easily look from where traffic is coming, check about information crawling and indexing.its an easy way for webmasters to inform search engines about pages on their sites that are available for crawling.

sitemap helps the users to know what the site contains, it is like a roadmap so the the user can have an idea on what all this site contains.
