Are H1, H2 Tags are important for 2014 SEO
I have read some blog. it is explained that placing keywords between H1,H2 tag are not effective.so I am confused. What is your ideas about it ?.

H1, H2, (Heading) tag are very important for the site to get good rank. tittle tag h1 tag these are factors in seo.

Yes, still very important. Depending on your website or Wordpress blog, the title tag automatically becomes the H1 tag.

<h1> and <h2> tags will give more importance to google for the keywords you want to stand out.

H1/H2/H3 …all the way down to H6 tags were initially meant not for formatting but in order to help define the hierarchical structure of a website. These days they are mainly used to create a nice visual guide to the most important heading, the next most important and so on which does pretty much the same thing for human visitors. Its important to get it to work for search engines too.

Yes H1 is still important because in title always used H1 tag.
