Hi Regalman,
The first thing I notice is the load time is very slow even though my broadband connection is extremely fast. Page load speed is very important for the visitors to the site, but it also impacts your search rankings. Google will penalize a website for slow load times and drop you down. Lastly, I would recommend using more images in your primary content section. You have a lot of flat text with headers and bullet points, but some images will help draw the users eye to critical information. Good Luck.
