I have been with www.register4less.com for over a year now. It is stable. Support is good. Cost is right. When I started I had an html and css based web site. Now I migrated to WordPress. It was very easy to install WordPress because of the tools provided and of the cPanel environment.
You have to buy the specific amount of space you need. Read the information provided on their site. It argues that this is more advantageous because you don't get any bad surprises. I like their approach.
