Regarding Copy Content

Having copy content in our own website would be consider as spam by Google algorithm.But Posting copy content in classified websites will be consider as spam or not?

No, it will not. Casuse Google can distingush the differences bewtween normal sites and classified websites, google is smarter and smarter....isnt it?

yes its not treated as the spam but would be call the duplicate content but you post it regular basis lot of time and put some link in it then might be possible it treated as the spam by the google
