Well according to my knowledge they mostly promote their VPN services than any other packages so I guess they supposed to be good for OP's requirement. However, he will have to discuss rest of the issues with their sales representative.

The VPN provider which you have specified is not at all in service now. So search a better VPN provider. I have been using Hotspot shield. They give me better service. I use it often to browse anonymously and change my IP address. I ensured the change in my IP address by visiting IP-Details.com and had an IP lookup.
