Nos of keyword appears on article post is keywords density. We should always care about keywords on post. If excess of keywords appear in the page is not submitted.

Keyword density means how many times you can use your keyword in every 100 words of your content. It is 3-4 times which is approved and used all over the web. So if your website has the content of 400 words then you can use keyword about 12 to 16 times. But it is not used at that level.

Keyword density is nothing but only a concept of keyword usage in any webpage. Keyword density can be 5% for any website, but if you use more than that, then it comes under black hat SEO technique.

If you are using Wordpress then use SEO by yoast plugin. in this plugin you can easily find the best answer of keyword density.
