It takes knowledge, skill, intuition and guts to invest in real estate. If you have these things, and you do it right, I think real estate can be a great investment.

i believe Kormangala, HSR, Indiranagar, MG Road are the prime destinations in Bangalore.
but there is significant boom in a lot of other areas.

one should also try checking out real estate portals for more information and gather as much info possible,
consulting a real estate agent or broker is also a good idea.
