After completing your keyword research, you have to analyse your keywords. You always found most of the keywords are same. Just diffrence is adding new word in that. For example: My keywords are "SEO services mumbai", "SEO company mumbai", "SEO services company". In which you have found "SEO services company in Mumbai" is the common word between those keywords. If you are target that keyword then automatically your three keywords target at one time.
