If you own a business, the easiest way to find fast backlinks is in directories. I start with a local search, Like "business directory in New York City." Then I expand to just "business directories" and search "business listing." Then search for directories according to what the business is like "Bakery business directory." The cool thing with those directories, is you 1) get a backlink and 2) they usually have some page rank already, so your listing in that directory will usually put your Name ahead in the search results faster than you own website will appear. Eventually your site will pass them, but its a great way to get going.
