First we need to understand that basic rules of forum posting. First website relevancy and second is signature links. This two factors are important in forum posting. And building backlinks on .gov and .edu sites is very very difficult task. Bacause this domains are educational and governmental function. So don't waste your time on this task. Create your backlinks structure on normal website like v7n is the good forum site
