Try guest blogging to top high PR blog, it will improve your pagerank aswell as boost your traffic quickly...it is proven techniq but Guest blogging is some what difficult task but not impossible,,

Ok, i can say that Backlinks are the most important Factor, Get as meany backlinks as you can, nu. 2 is on page optimization e.g keywords in url/title/body
