The care for graphics is sophisticated.
In order to improve the user experience you should pay attention to the speed. The load speed (PC and mobile as well) are sub-standard, which is a pitty. Check with Woorank, GTmetrix or similar tools. Perhaps you could pay attention to guidelines with respect to landing page design. Your home page does not have the immediate triggers for conversion (call-to-action) especially in the upper right corner. It will help to improve the conversion rate.
