How many keywords can i add "Meta tag"?
Hi Friends,
I already added 28 keywords for my blog meta tag, so what is the optimal number of keywords in meta tag. If i added thousand of keywords for meta tag then Google will ban me? or other problem arise? Thanks James

I think 25-50 is recommended for adding meta tag.

Dear James, As per my experience, you can put 2 to 5 keyword as a meta tag of your each Article, For the homepage of the Website, 10 is good figure, However, now Google not prefering any meta tag for Ranking.

That number of keywords are quite spammy. Google won't ban or penalize your for doing so because meta tag plays only a small role when it comes to ranking.
I suggest you optimize your meta data the way users would want to click. You can see how your snippet looks and if it's appealing to a normal users or not through Google Webmaster Tools. Don't just optimize meta tag for rankings because it pays a little. Optimize it for CTR.

Dear Smith if you want surprising result for website, so you will have to use, 5 to 6 keyword in webpage.

if you want good ranking then you have to use 6 to 10 keywords in meta tags and on home page of website.

u can add as much u want in tag........ but nt in title keyword or description
