Some useful tips have been mentioned over here. Through posting links on video directories, blogs and forums, gradually a lot of eager viewers will find your YouTube videos and check them out. It is a slow movement sometimes but through having patience you will make it. You can also write some articles and then submit them to directories, containing links pointing to your online videos.
