I found "rackspace" in google. Check out their customer reviews. Seems they are leader in providing cloud hosting services in US.

You can trust rightservers.com, they offer really nice cloud hosting deals.
These guys are tops in their support. You don't have to look any further. I frequently ask questions of their support staff on all different topics and they are always patient and helpful. Their sales person shared nice coupon code when I contacted them: FIRST3 - gives first 3 months 50% off.
