Your website's navigation and banner are beautiful and well organized. However, I think you should not place so many texts on your homepage, maybe you can place them on your "About Us" page because I noticed that the texts are the description of who you are and what you do. As a web design company, you should place sample websites that are created by your company, you know people like websites which can let them know immediately who they are and what they do while people don't know spend many times reading the texts, it is boring especially for those people whose English are not good enough.
