There are many sites offering visitors, likes, followers, however, you have to ask will they give you any value.

For instance:

You buy 100,000 visitors to your site who are simply incentived to visit you rather than wanting to engage with you. The customers will simply land, and exit, without staying, buying or adding any other value.

This might increase your Alexa rank, but if you're not trying to pull the wool over someones eyes in terms of your traffic volumes this is of no value.

In fact, they will eat up your website resources, meaning your true customers will have a worse experience due to the spike in unecessary traffic.

My advice is leave it alone.
