It is depend on designing requirement, Wamp server is suitable to satisfied all functionality of (PHP) Web designing. So, Wamp is better for functionality and Zamp is better for speed and quality.

That is depend on software requirement and usage purpose, suppose you are going to use for email server than Wamp is better than Zamp and if you are going to use for ftp server than Zamp is better than Wamp.
