It is when your computer has suffered a terminal problem which caused it to shut down to try to save itself.
When it does this it throws up a blue screen which details the file or programme which caused the issue. This information is valuable because it aids in the diagnosing and repairing of issues within the system. source:http://answers.yahoo.com/question/in...2031932AAJDzcL
