IMHO, it will be much more reasonable to deal with java tomcat specialized web host - gojava.net
Their servers are very stable.
So far, I haven't experienced any downtime, and the servers are fast.
You will get SSH access to your account!
Moreover, they provide java hosting experienced customer support!
