Same here! My main keyword lost its ranking from #2 to not in top 100. But on March 6, it went on to #4. I just continue creating backlinks and stop submitting links on directory sites, more on creating content on web 2.0.
Also, check if your site has been deindexed by Google - site:yourdomain.com If it doesnt show anything then your site might be banned by google.
