I think milk shakes are best healthy foods for breakfast and eggs are also very healthy.

My best go-to breakfast.... Slightly thaw one 1/2 cups of mixed frozen berries (110cal + 5g fiber) ....dump on a Yoplait dairy product (35cal fat free/sugar free) + combine in a pair of tbsp of raw chia seeds (65cal + 9g fiber) add some stevia if the berries ar a little tart and that is breakfast!!! I do that one nearly each morning. love it!!! -
